Over the past decade and a half, Chris has focused on advancing the interrelated issues of individual andcompany performance. This focus evolved naturally from earlier work addressing matters of corporate governance, employee benefits, and employee relations. All in all, Chris brings an unparalleled balance of common sense, insight, experience, and understanding as an advisor, mentor, and confidante. Chris has led the successful turnaround of an emergency medical control provider, facilitated the change of purpose of a public facility management company, coached numerous healthcare and family office executives as they assumed new roles or led change, headed the annual strategic planning for one of the US most successful luxury retailers, reorganized the strategic services group of a major medical center, planned and led the expansion of a privately held firm into the ranks of the Inc 500, and provided organizational and leadership to others.

Clients include single and multi-family offices, large family owned businesses, major health systems, an award winning retail automotive group, a socially responsible real estate developer, non-profit social agencies, a national hospitality management company, and a digital chip manufacturer. Chris holds degrees from Texas Tech University (chemical engineering) and The University of Texas School of Law.

Mary Wininger is director of customer sales and service with a diverse background in customer service, sales, finance, and administration. Mary enjoys working with customers. Responsive and sensitive to their needs, Mary helps make their experience more positive.

Mary spent twelve years at the Career Control Group, where she led the administrative team and handled all financials before moving on to sales and marketing and project coordination. Prior to joining the Career Control Group, Mary was a showroom manager for a Dallas apparel mart manufacturers representative, where she generated sales and handled customer service for a multi-state territory.

Mary has also worked as an arts administrator for the Dallas Classic Guitar Society where she coordinated a community outreach program that reached 60,000 individuals.

Elizabeth Harsdorff combines over 20 years of progressive experience in developing and implementing people strategies with her background in coaching and leadership development to help individuals, teams, and organizations create high-performing work environments. Her unique and varied background has provided her with the opportunity to experience many different people and cultures from all over the world. With a foundational focus on energy leadership development, she brings a unique blend of scientific rigor and organizational expertise.

Prior to becoming a partner in 2022, Elizabeth had worked sporadically with Executive Solution Partners beginning in 2008. She currently supports clients across public and private sectors, including research and development, manufacturing, service, information technology, and defense.

Elizabeth has studied at The University of North Texas and California State University. She holds degrees in Social & Behavioral Sciences, as well as Mathematics & Science.
